A Thrilling Final
The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both players trading breaks throughout the first three sets. Alcaraz took the first set easily, but Djokovic fought back to win the second and third sets in tiebreakers. Alcaraz broke Djokovic's serve in the fourth set to take a 3-1 lead, and he held on to win the set 6-3.
In the fifth set, Djokovic broke Alcaraz's serve to take a 2-0 lead. However, Alcaraz broke back immediately, and the two players traded breaks again to make it 3-3. Alcaraz then held serve for a 4-3 lead, and he broke Djokovic's serve again to win the match 6-3.
Alcaraz's victory is his first Grand Slam title. He is the first Spanish man to win Wimbledon since Rafael Nadal in 2010. Djokovic, who was seeking to win his seventh Wimbledon title, is now tied with Roger Federer for the most Grand Slam men's singles titles with 20.
